About your trip

A cozy full-moon winter retreat with yoga, journaling, sound healing, creative ritual & a moonlit snowshoe. Jan 30–Feb 1, 2026. Limited spots.

Relax. Reset. Re-Emerge

Step into a warm, candlelit winter reset timed with the Jan 31 full moon. Over three days you’ll be held in a gentle rhythm of breathwork, sound healing, creative ritual, yoga/meditation, guided journaling, and a silent moonlit snowshoe.

We’ll open Friday with tea, intention-setting, and a soothing sound immersion. Saturday flows from mindful breakfast into movement, a “Reset from Within” inner-work workshop, and spacious integration time. After dinner, we head outside for a silent snowshoe + full-moon ritual—a moving meditation to release what dims your light and call in what you’re ready to receive. Sunday’s full-moon circle weaves affirmation, fire/candle ceremony, and closing sound to anchor your clarity for the next lunar cycle.

What’s included: welcome gift (moon tea, journal, crystal, affirmation card), all programming, tea bar, and shared meals as outlined.

Perfect for: anyone craving a soft landing, emotional renewal, and a heart-centered reset in winter’s quiet.

Dates: Jan 30–Feb 1, 2026. Format: small-group, trauma-informed, beginner-friendly.
