This was a perfect escape to a small town with lots to offer for adventures. Everything was thoughtfully planned out, the meals were healthy and delicious, and we had plenty of hiking the beautiful scenery and of course practicing yoga. Bethany, Heather and team are fantastic hosts/organizers and I'm sure I'll be back again for another retreat with HEAL Yoga Studio. Thanks for a great weekend!

I had an amazing experience! The accommodations, the food, and the facilitators were outstanding! The activities were well-planned, but it was also very laid-back which allowed us to all just go with the flow. I can’t pick a favorite because they were all outstanding - yoga on the beach, hiking, paddle boarding, boating, massage, facial, yoga and chakra healing, plus a surprise event to close out the retreat. I have so much gratitude for all the women I met. I can’t wait to book with Heal Yoga again!
